General Description

SAC1326 is a high gain low noise amplifier module for 6 to 18 GHz, with 50 dB of gain, a 2.0 dB typical noise figure and 19 dBm output P1dB. Flatness is held to ±3 dB.

Current is on the high side at 950 mA from a +12 to +15 V supply, and VSWR is 1.8:1 in and out. With 50 dB available, it can take a signal from the antenna straight up to mixer or detector level in wideband radar, ECM and test receivers.
