General Description

SAC3154Q8 puts a 5 to 8 GHz C-band GaAs MMIC power amplifier into a QFN8x8 surface mount package. Output P1dB is 38.5 dBm, small signal gain is 23 dB and flatness is ±2 dB.

You need +8 V on the drain and a negative gate voltage, with drain current specified at 5500 mA. Input return loss sits around 8 dB. For point-to-point radio builders, that means C-band transmit power from a part that reflows like any other QFN.
