SAC4015QP3 is a packaged MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates across the 5GHz to 18GHz frequency range. The amplifier delivers 20dB gain, 11dBm OutputP-1dB, and a low noise figure of 1.1dB from a +3V supply at 20mA typical current. Housed in a compact 3×3 mm plastic QFN package, this device offers robust performance with excellent thermal management and RF shielding. The packaged solution enables straightforward PCB integration and eliminates the need for wire bonding, making it ideal for applications requiring ease of assembly, environmental protection, and repeatable.
