General Description

SAC1130 is a GaAs low noise amplifier module for VHF and UHF, 30 to 450 MHz, with a 0.6 dB noise figure, 30 dB of gain and +18 dBm output OP_-1dB.

Supply range is +7 to +15 V (8 V nominal) at about 100 mA, and input and output VSWR are 1.4:1 and 1.6:1. The housing measures 54 x 30 x 8 mm and weighs 85 g. A noise figure that low makes it a strong first stage for VHF/UHF receivers, test instrumentation and military radio.
