General Description

SAC1236 is an L-band LNA module tuned for 1.315 to 1.515 GHz. Its 0.4 dB typical noise figure is the headline spec, backed by 35 dB of gain and 14 dBm output P1dB.

Supply can be anything from +8 to +15 V, with current around 150 mA, and VSWR is 1.8:1 in and out. The narrow band and very low noise suit L-band radar and radio receivers where sensitivity matters most.
