General Description

SAC1237 is a Power amplifier module with a
typical small signal gain of 39dB and a nominal
O P-1dB of +38dBm across the frequency range of
1.1 to 1.6GHz.
SAC1237 is integrated with SUPERAPEX
proprietary GaAs MMIC amplifier chip , high
frequency micro electronic assembly techniques,
and high reliability design to realize optimum
wideband operation.
