General Description

SAC1244 is a power detector module for 0.5 to 20 GHz. It offers 30 dB of dynamic range with 1 dB flatness across the band and 10 dB return loss.

Supply current is only 1.5 mA, so it adds next to nothing to a system power budget. One detector covering that much bandwidth is useful for power monitoring in microwave radio, telecom links and test instrumentation.
