General Description

SAC1273 is a reflective SPST switch module covering 1 to 6 GHz. Insertion loss is 2 dB and isolation reaches 80 dB, with 1.4:1 input VSWR.

It runs on dual supplies, +5 V at 65 mA and -5 V at 20 mA. Because the off state reflects rather than absorbs, expect a mismatch at the open port. With 80 dB of isolation it works as a high isolation on/off gate or blanking switch in radar, ECM, radio and test systems.
