General Description

SAC1277 is a hermetically sealed C-band low noise amplifier module for 4.4 to 5.0 GHz. It combines 50 dB of gain with a 0.6 dB typical noise figure, ±1.5 dB flatness and 11 dBm output P1dB.

Power is +12 to +15 V at 120 mA, and port VSWR is 2.0:1. The sealed housing and very low noise figure point it toward military and space receivers, along with radar and ECM front ends that have to hold up in rough environments.
