General Description

SAC3004 is a wideband GaAs MMIC LNA die spanning 0.2 to 2.6 GHz. It provides 21 dB of gain, a 1.3 dB noise figure, 20.5 dBm output P1dB and 31 dBm OIP3.

Gain flatness is ±3 dB across that wide span. It draws 90 mA from +5 V, VSWR is 1.8:1, and the die is 1.3 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. The high OIP3 helps in VHF through S-band receivers that have to work in a crowded spectrum.
