General Description

SAC3034A is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 3.5 to 6 GHz. It combines a 1.3 dB typical noise figure (1.8 dB max) with 21 dB of gain, 18 dBm output P1dB and 32 dBm OIP3.

Gain is flat to ±1 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1. It runs from +5 V at 65 mA on a 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm die. That much P1dB and OIP3 in an LNA helps radar, ECM and microwave radio receivers in this band handle interference without compressing.
