SAC3054B is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier die which operates between 0.4~2.1 GHz . The amplifier can provide 27 dB gain, 14 dBm Output P-1dB , 1 dB noise figure from a 78 mA supply current. The chip offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
