General Description

SAC3070QP3 is a wideband GaAs pHEMT MMIC amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm QFN that spans 1 to 18 GHz with 17 dB of gain held to ±1 dB. Output P1dB is 10 dBm.

It runs from one +5 V supply at about 50 mA, and input and output VSWR are both 1.6:1. The package is 3 x 3 x 1.2 mm. With a single part covering L band through Ku band, it makes a simple gain stage for broadband test equipment and radar receivers.
