General Description

SAC3071 is a wideband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 2.2 to 8.5 GHz. It delivers 27 dB of gain within ±1.5 dB, a 1 dB noise figure and 10 dBm output P1dB.

Power is +5 V at 55 mA. Input VSWR is 1.8:1 and output VSWR is 1.6:1, and the 1.24 x 1.21 x 0.1 mm die drops easily into high-density MCMs. Wideband receivers and EW systems are the main targets.
