General Description

Covering 0.05 to 6 GHz, SAC3077Q3 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm air cavity QFN. It gives 14 dB of gain at 4 GHz, 1.5 dB noise figure (2.0 dB max), 14 dBm output P1dB at 5 GHz and 29 dBm OIP3.

Supply runs from +4 to +5 V at 40 to 50 mA. Gain varies by ±4 dB end to end, so expect some slope. VSWR is 1.5:1 and the package is 1.2 mm high, fine for wideband radar and ECM receivers up through C band.
