General Description

With a 0.65 dB typical noise figure across 2 to 8 GHz, SAC3084QP3 is a GaAs MMIC LNA in a low profile 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm QFN. Gain is 27 dB, flat to ±1 dB.

Output P1dB is 13 dBm, OIP3 is 27 dBm and worst case noise figure is 0.85 dB. It needs +5 V at 40 mA and is rated for +27 dBm at the input. Built for EW and wideband receivers, including dense MCM assemblies where the thinner package helps.
