General Description

SAC3218A is a GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch die for 0.5 to 3 GHz with non-reflective ports. Insertion loss is only 0.6 dB and isolation reaches 70 dB, with 20 dB return loss.

It switches on 0/+5 V control logic, takes up to 27 dBm input (absolute max), and the die is 1.73 x 1.21 x 0.1 mm. That much isolation at L and S band makes it useful for receiver path selection in radar, ECM and radio links where leakage between paths has to stay very low.
