General Description

SAC3220Q3 is a non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SP4T switch in a RoHS compliant 3 x 3 x 1.2 mm QFN, covering DC to 20 GHz. Typical isolation is 50 dB with 2.5 dB insertion loss and 16 dB return loss.

Switching time is about 30 ns, and the control lines take 0/+5 V logic. Input power is rated to 28 dBm maximum. Being surface mount, it drops onto multilayer boards for SatCom, VSAT, point to point radio and test instrument signal routing without wire bonding.
