General Description

SAC3227 is a reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch die that runs from 50 MHz all the way to 40 GHz. Isolation is better than 30 dB and insertion loss is 2.3 dB at 40 GHz.

Control inputs are LVTTL compatible and also work with TTL, and switching takes about 50 ns. The die is tiny at 0.7 x 0.82 x 0.1 mm. Keep hot switching to +12 dBm or less. The very wide band makes it a fit for broadband test and measurement setups and radar/ECM receivers.
