General Description

Packaged in a 3 x 3 mm QFN, SAC3513Q3 is an 18 to 32 GHz GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer with a DC to 10 GHz IF. Conversion loss is 7.5 dB, input P1dB is 14 dBm, and LO drive is +13 dBm.

Isolation sits at 40 dB LO to RF and 30 dB LO to IF. At 3 x 3 x 1.2 mm it mounts like any SMT part, needs no matching network, and runs up or down. It targets K-band radio, VSAT and weather radar boards that avoid chip and wire.
