General Description

SAC3905 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC driver amplifier die for 2 to 8 GHz. It gives 17 dB of gain with 1 dB gain flatness and 15 dBm output P1dB.

Bias is +5 V at 56 mA, input and output VSWR are 1.3:1 and 1.4:1, and the die measures 1.74 x 1.22 x 0.1 mm with full passivation. The modest current draw makes it an easy driver stage to add in point-to-point radios, SATCOM, radar and test equipment.
