General Description

SAC4008 is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier die which operates between 28GHz~55GHz . The amplifier can provide 17 dB gain, 15 dBm OutputP-1dB, 3.5dB noise figure from a 114 mA supply current. The chip offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hybrid amplifiers.
