General Description

SAC4013Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package, covering 10 to 18 GHz. It gives 19 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness and a 1.3 dB typical noise figure (1.5 dB max).

Output P1dB is 4 dBm with 20 dBm OIP3, and the part runs on just 14 mA at +4 V. VSWR is 1.5:1 on both ports and the package is 1.3 mm tall. Surface mount and very low power, it drops easily onto X and Ku-band SATCOM and telecom receive boards.
