Superapex introduces Broad Band Low Noise Amplifier SAC5049

SAC5049 is a customized broad band low noise amplifier with integrated limiter (30dBm CW) which covers the frequency range of 2 to 7.5GHz with a noise figure of 1.2 dB max. The SAC5049 provides typical 14dBm output P-1dB and is housed in aluminum alloys or Kovar case being hermetically sealed.
